Lisa Kosglow and Rosey Fletcher clinched Olympic spots Sunday after finishing as the top two Americans in a FIS World Cup parallel giant slalom.

Chris Klug took a big step toward Olympic selection with a win, moving into the number three spot in men's selection with one more event to go this Thursday in Kreischberg, Austria.

Kosglow (Boise, ID) and Fletcher (Girdwood, AK) have been strong from the first qualifier in December, but neither had quite made the numbers until Sunday.

Lisa Odynski (Reno, NV), who won in Mt. Bachelor two weeks ago, kept her hopes alive by finishing 3rd among the Americans and hanging onto the third U.S. finish, ahead of Sondra Van Ert (Sun Valley, ID), who did not qualify for the first run.

Klug's (Aspen, CO) win came after three straight 5th-place finishes, which had him mired in 8th in qualifying going into the fourth selection event.

Siegfried Grabner of Austria won the men's World Cup, topping Germany's Mathias Behounek with Klug 8th overall. In the women's race, Isabelle Blanc of France edged Italian Lidia Trettel in the women's event with Kosglow 21st and Fletcher 26th.
